In Yokohama-shi, we set up "living, economic measure team" in new coronavirus task force and are gathering various measures, but handle about postponement of payment of water rate, sewerage system usage fee (we say "water rates" as follows.) as follows.

Livelihood welfare funds loan system (urgent small fund, exception loan of general support fund) that there is wide gen of income by eligible people or quitting a job, and payment is difficult temporarily

By proposal from customer, we reprieve payment such as water rates for the time being for up to four months.
(example) water rates for from February to March to reach the date of payment in April hesitate until the end of July.
