4.Though we hardly use, rate is high.
A

Water rate for current two months costs case to 0m3 - 16m3, 3,124 yen (consumption taxes include sewerage system usage fee) of base rate and, in the case of use, calculates according to use quantity of water further. Therefore it will cost 3,124 yen as base rate even if we do not use at all.

5.Water rate became expensive than before.
A

Use quantity of water may increase by change of family constitution and change (restroom, bathtub) of water supply appliance.

6.Does water rate that incurred by leak of water pay?
A

Service pipe or waterworks of home which parted from water pipe of Water Works Bureau buried under the road have you manage in you because it is property of customer.
Therefore, as a general rule, customer will be expected to pay about water rates for the quantity of water even if leak of water is included in quantity of water that we measured with water meter.
However, even if customer always performs appropriate management as for the leak of water from service pipes which is not exposed of the walls of the underground and building, discovery may be difficult and may become large about water rates for quantity of water including for leak of water.
Therefore, we reduce a part from quantity of water at the time of the inspection of a meter including leak of water concerned only when we meet constant standard and can receive reductions such as water rates.

7.About application systems of rate for housework for each apartment house household such as duplex houses
A

When you use one meter for housework in two households or more, in apartment and duplex house, it is system to apply base rate every one household by proposal of customer. For more details, please consult with Water Works Bureau customer Service Center.

8.What happens when behind with rate?
A

I send reminder. As you come to have to stop water supply of customer when nonpayment period is 3-4 months, please pay early.
In addition, please connect with Water Works Bureau customer Service Center as you will reissue when you have lost the delivery notification (payment paper).

A

Base rate of water rate, sewerage system usage fee is remitted by the next eligible people having you do reduction of taxes application of base rate.

  • Mental disabilities (lower than intelligence quotient 35)

  • As login ID and password are necessary to use this site,WEB membership site registration and loginPlease register from this.
    We will mail password to request for rate of customer in approximately ten days. (but arrival of postcard may be late for examination.)
    In addition, we will not issue login ID and password when new registration contents and customer information of the authorities have difference. When name that water supply is used and name of request for rate are different, please be careful.
  • In the authorities, login ID and password will not answer at all.
  • We cannot reissue login ID and password. Or please have loss of login ID and password of new registration again when you come to forget.
  • After password subscribing, and being completed, it is modifiable. ※Password includes Masaru Hanabusa letter, British small letter, number by half size alphanumeric character each more than one character, and please set in eight characters.
  • About application contents, please note that you may do confirmation.
  • Please note that you may stop service without notice by update, maintenance of contents.
  • About troubles such as communication line using customer and PC, we do not take responsibility in the authorities.
  • When it is not logged in to membership site more than one year by registration, it becomes the cancellation of a contract automatically.

At update time of rate inquiry information, updated time varies according to payment methods.
■The delivery notification payment

  • Data which read meter for from Monday to Thursday are updated on "Monday of the next week".
  • Data which read meter on Friday are updated on "Monday of yoku々shu".

■Fund transfer payment

  • Customer of 13th transfer: We are updated on "Monday of the second week or the third week" of the inspection of a meter next month.
  • Customer of 29th transfer: We are updated on "Monday of the fourth week or the fifth week" of the inspection of a meter next month.

■Plastic credit
We are updated on "Monday of the second week or the third week" of the inspection of a meter next month.
※As for both payment methods, in the case of holiday, Monday equal to update day is updated on next business day.
■About plastic credit application by the Internet

  • When we hope for plastic credit on the Internet,WEB membership siteWe pass, and, after the login, registration is possible from "application for card payment".
  • Procedure page is WEB site of "Japan card network" which City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau entrusts with.
  • On using this service, for securing of security "Communication coding method TLS1.2We assume use of "required.
  • After moving to procedure page, "use of water supply contents" (Address), please register "credit card information".
  • When we cannot confirm the effectiveness of credit card, we cannot complete procedure. Please refer to contracted credit card company.
  • When there are defects of input information after the application for plastic credit, we may contact with mail.

■About additional function of customer number

  • We register plural use places by one login ID and password, and you can see each use quantity of water, water rate, sewerage system usage fee, charged amount.
  • As login ID and password are necessary every customer number to register "addition of customer number,"WEB membership site new registrationWe would like this.
  • Please choose "addition of customer number" among my page after WEB member login. The number that we can add does not have the upper limit.
  • As login becomes invalid as for login ID and the password that we added unless we delete after the addition, please be careful.
