The following possibility is considered as reason why email does not reach.
1.We receive with junk email folder.

2.We set reception restrictions.
  See off domain-designated received customer by email setting of smartphone and cell-phone from WEB membership site
  I would like setting to receive domain of the following e-mail addresses that there is.
  ※We show "@" lower than of e-mail address with domain.

  About setting method, please confirm on homepages of the companies.
3.Registration e-mail address is wrong.

4.Login ID, announcement of password postcard do not arrive.
A

After the application for WEB membership site, we will mail login ID and password to request for rate of customer by Sheeler postcard in approximately ten days. But, for application contents' confirmation, arrival of postcard may be late.
In addition, we cannot issue login ID and password when new registration contents and customer information of the authorities have difference. In this case as email of confirmation is sent, we ask you to confirm.
We can look into the application situation if you can inform Water Works Bureau customer Service Center of Address and full name of customer.

5.We have forgotten password.
A

Login ID and password cannot answer in security. In addition, we cannot reissue login ID and password. Or sorry for your inconvenience, but please register loss of login ID and password newly again when you come to forget.

6.We want to change e-mail address that enrolled in WEB membership site.
A

Please register e-mail address to tell about application reception desk completion to WEB membership site and application result. After subscribing WEB, and being completed, we do not arrange function to change e-mail address as we do not send email from Water Works Bureau.

Sorry for your inconvenience, but I would like application to WEB membership site again.

8.Can you gather up plural use places by one login ID, password?
A

Yes, we register plural use places by one login ID and password, and you can see each use quantity of water, water rate, sewerage system usage fee, charged amount. (please refer to Q9 for method.)

9.Method to settle plural use places by one login ID, password.
A

As login ID and password are necessary every customer number to register plural use places, I would like WEB membership site new registration. If login ID and postcard of password arrive, you choose "addition of customer number" of my page after the login by login ID that you want to compile, and please register.
※We do not have upper limit of 1 to the number that we can add.
※As login becomes invalid as for login ID and the password that we added 2 to unless we delete after the addition, please be careful.
※Login ID of origin of 3 addition and loss of password or when came to forget new registration when is done, added customer number is canceled, and it becomes possible login by login ID every customer number and password.

10. Update time of rate inquiry information.
A

Updated time varies according to payment methods.
In addition, as for both payment methods, in the case of holiday, Monday equal to update day is updated on next business day.
■The delivery notification payment
•Data which read meter on Thursday from Monday are updated on "Monday of the next week".
•Data which read meter on Friday are updated on "Monday of yoku々shu".

■Fund transfer payment
•Customer of 13th transfer: We are updated on "Monday of the second week or the third week" of the inspection of a meter next month.
•Customer of 29th transfer: We are updated on "Monday of the fourth week or the fifth week" of the inspection of a meter next month.

■Plastic credit
We are updated on "Monday of the second week or the third week" of the inspection of a meter next month.

11. We want to resign from WEB membership site.
A

There is no withdrawal procedure. Member information is automatically deleted if we do not log in for one year.

12. We have applied for WEB sign-in several times by mistake.
A

As processing is automatically carried out as for the application for WEB membership site, we cannot cancel contents applied for once. When we are applied several times, login is enabled by the latest login ID and password as login ID and password are issued newly each time. In addition, the latest login ID and password come to have a big number of login ID.
