About payment of old use place, it is as follows.

  • Only person that water rate is paid from account can choose fund transfer now.
  • Only payment can choose payment with credit card by credit card with water rate now.
  • As for the payment, it is payment with the delivery notification with the delivery notification (payment paper) with water rate now.

Request for new Address method is as follows.

  • In the case of fund transfer (we pay continuously) or kurejiddokado (we pay continuously), we can use account same as place to stop use of of water supply or credit card sequentially at new use place.
  • Please refer to Water Works Bureau customer Service Center for local those who wish to pay the difference.

4.We performed application for start, cancellation from the Internet, but we propose and accept, and email of completion does not reach.

Announcement of application reception desk completion is sent to e-mail address that had you register automatically, but phenomenon that email is divided in two by "junk email" and "trash box" folder occurs. I am sorry to trouble you, but I would like confirmation.
In addition, I will inform Phone number which had you input or FAX when confirmation of application contents is necessary for Water Works Bureau. As we do not do notification by email, please understand beforehand.
