District where rich nature breathes among the Tsurumi River and Toriyama Rivers while we have Yokohama International Stadium. We plan maintenance as bases such as improvement of park and health, medical care, welfare facilities, sports rekureshon.
(3) Nippa district
District that becomes base of "manufacturing" of inland supported for high generic technology. We push forward cooperation reinforcement with advancement of production engineering and research and development function out of the district, and around station plans accumulation such as commerce, duties and pushes forward the making of bustle appropriate for the station square.
(4) Hazawa district
We keep accent of development and maintenance and push forward premeditated town planning that planned harmony with nature. In addition, with maintenance of East Kanagawa area line, we push forward town development around the station.
