About "planning permission based on Town Planning and Zoning Act Article 53" and "planning permission based on land adjustment method Article 76"

For prevention of new coronavirus infection spread, as for the procedure to affect Town Planning and Zoning Act Article 53 and land adjustment method Article 76, I would like cooperation for submission of documents by "mail" for the time being.
In addition, in return such as permission notifications after procedure, we will mail in letter pack plus for reply having you enclose at the time of submission.
In addition, before submission, I would like consultation with telephone.
After documents arrived; 21 days (standard processing period)
But please note that you may take by discrepancy more than standard processing period.

4.Plan (1/500 reduced scale that listed position, direction of building in site, site boundary line, site and relations with road or more things)

6.Elevation (1/200 reduced scale or more things. We need more than two elevations.)
7.Cross section (1/200 reduced scale or more things. We need more than two cross sections.)
8.kakukaishoryofusezu (in the case of wooden construction, do not need) (※ 1)
9.Figure of Class axis (in the case of wooden construction, do not need) (※ 1)
10.kisofusezu (in the case of wooden construction, do not need) (※ 1)
11.Model materials the manufacturer certification book (in the case of wooden construction, do not need) (※ 1)

※1: "Model materials when the manufacturer certification book" is attached, "kakukaishoryofusezu", "kisofusezu" is unnecessary "figure of Class axis".
※2: Letter pack plus for reply is red. As you are different from blue letter pack, please be careful. Please submit after filling out "zip code" and the "destination" column.

When you are going to build building before notification of decision such as the land adjustment method or business plan based on Urban Redevelopment Law or the authorization in the enforcement district of urban development business, you are to have to receive permission of the mayor based on Town Planning and Zoning Act Article 53.
