We reduce burden on staff of a school to solve education problem in complexity, diversification of various problems that change and educational front of needs for recent school education have and think that it is necessary for the staff of a school to fix environment facing children well. We carried out duties fact-finding of the staff of a school to grasp the actual situation of duties of the staff of a school in City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat exactly, and to promote effective measures based on the result steadily, and to plan improvement of quality of solution and education of education problem.

Investigation into actual situation and consciousness about duties of 1 staff of a school
(1)Subjects of survey: Municipal small, 14,068 all prefectural expenses burdens on average, special support school staff of a school (authorized)
   (the temporary appointment staff, part-time teacher, the city expense burden staff of a school, person of leave of absence from duty are excluded)
(2)Investigation method: Questionary survey
(3)Investigation effective time: From November 27, 2013 to December 25, 2013
(4)Effective recovery: 92.8%

Attitude survey (questionary survey) about duties of 2 (1) staff of a school [is targeted for the general staff of a school]
 
(1)Subjects of survey: Among municipal small, all prefectural expenses burdens on average, special support school staff of a school (authorized), it is 13,059 people except the principal, vice-principal
    (the temporary appointment staff, part-time teacher, the city expense burden staff of a school, person of leave of absence from duty are excluded)
(2)Investigation method: Questionary survey

(3)Investigation effective time: From January 15, 2014 to January 28, 2014

(4)Effective recovery: 91.7%

Attitude survey (questionary survey) about duties of 2 (2) staff of a school [is targeted for the managerial class]
(1)Subjects of survey: Among municipal small, all prefectural expenses burdens on average, special support school staff of a school (authorized) the principal, 1,009 vice-principals (people of leave of absence from duty are excluded)
(2)Investigation method: Questionary survey
(3)Investigation effective time: From January 15, 2014 to January 28, 2014
(4)Effective recovery: 99.2%

3 thyme study investigation
(1)Subjects of survey: The municipal prefectural expenses burden staff of a school of small, average, special support school 34
(the temporary appointment staff, part-time teacher, the city expense burden staff of a school, person of leave of absence from duty are excluded) [elementary school: 16 junior high schools: 16 particularly two support schools]
(2)Investigation method: Time study investigation (format to choose business content by 15 minute-to-minute, and to fill in)
(3)Investigation effective time: We choose any two times of one week for each school between from December 1, 2013 to January 31, 2014 and reply
(4)Recovery: 80.0%

4 groups interview investigation

(1)Subjects of survey: Elementary school, junior high school, special support school, the staff of a school of seven schools in total
(2)Investigation method: We are divided into groups such as official post and ranks in each school and interview
(3)Investigation effective time: From January 24, 2014 to February 18, 2014
