Non-residence certificate proves, "address of certificate does not have resident certificate" as of day to prove. We can request in ward office Family Registry Division Registration Section of applicable ward.
We do not handle in ward office and service counter in the city hall of other wards. We can request by mail.

About indication of the days

  • By request by mail, it takes total days of the processing days and the round-trip mail carrier days. You usually anticipate around 10th, but please request with room until certificate arrives after mailing as the days may suffer by postal circumstances and factors such as holidays more.

    • Fixed-amount money order hopes that we have you remit fee and the same amount so that change is not paid.
    • Validity of fixed-amount money order is six months from day of issuance. We hope that we have you send thing that there is around one week remaining validity.
  • Self-addressed envelope
    • You fill in return address address, and please attach stamp.
  • Others
    • Please let know phone number to get of communication in the daytime. (as you may return cases that inquiry that notification of phone number grieves at is not possible by mail, about any questions of documents and request contents, please be careful.)
