Influence on baby ... of smoking in stomach

As for the baby born from mother who smoked during the pregnancy, probability that finger abnormality (polydactyly, shoyubisho of hand and toes, no finger symptom, syndactylism symptom) congenital than baby born from mother who did not smoke was seen in was high with 1.33 times (95% confidence interval 1.21-1.47;p <0.0001). Probability tends to rise so that there is much number to breathe per day. Mother is becoming pregnant, and, than case that mother does not smoke during the pregnancy, the number to breathe per day becomes higher with 1.78 times (95% confidence interval 0.97-3.26) in 1.38 times (95% confidence interval 1.12-1.71), higher than 21 with 1.29 times (95% confidence interval 1.15-1.46), 11-20 with 1-10.

There are few people nursing with mother's milk, and, about the nursing with mother's milk, mother lactation tends that there is few in smoking mothers for a short term even if we perform the nursing with mother's milk.

Influence on menstruation ... of smoking

Woman smoking in comparison with woman who does not smoke seems to be easy to become dysmenorrhea. Woman smoking in comparison with woman who does not smoke reaches menopause early on the average for about 1-2 years.

Influence on person of oral contraceptive remedy ... of smoking

Smoking oral contraceptive remedy person is easy to become coronary diseases such as angina, myocardial infarction of the heart in comparison with person who does not take oral contraceptive either without smoking. Woman intending to take oral contraceptive should not smoke.

It is ... for the prevention of adverse effects by smoking

Let's stop that we smoke. It may not be said that there is not meaning even if we stop smoking now. As for the baby who is born when smoking mother gives up smoking by first three months of the pregnancy, as for the birth weight, it is known to equal level with baby born to mother who does not smoke that it is. In addition, people around mother will stop smoking, too.
