There are complete destruction, large-scale partial destruction, partial destruction, some destruction (associate partial destruction), a part destruction (less than 10%), and, for damage degree proved by affliction certificate, authorization of damage degree is performed based on "damage authorization standard operation guideline (Cabinet Office) of dwelling house modifying disaster".

※When there is not means to confirm damage such as dwelling houses, and to prove and when we prove about fact that we reported to Motoichi about damage to be concerned with disaster, we issue "affliction report certificate". "Affliction report certificate" does not prove degree and damage of damage and causation of disaster.
Issuance of affliction certificates
Issuance of affliction certificate of damage by natural disasters such as earthquake or storm and flood damage accepts application at each ward office.
※We carry out issuance of affliction certificate duties caused by storm and flood damage (except fire) that we carried out at fire department at ward office from April 1, 2020.
※Issuance of affliction certificate of damage by fire and fire extinguishing loss accepts application at each fire department.
