About accident in subway Blue Line

It is one year from derailment which occurred in subway Blue Line on June 6, 2019. In this accident, we caused a total of 245,000 customers great trouble and between the day of the accident and June 11 when we restarted service with normal diamond.
In Transportation Bureau, advance by measures of software surface and maintenance of hardware as lesson in this accident and work on the cause of strong determination not to wake up never serious accident, recurrence preventive measures.
We recognize weight of own responsibilities, all staff "takes life of customer" some other time deeply on reaching one year from accident and will work on security service so that customer and citizen's can use in peace.

Accident summary After leaving Shimo-Iida Station for Tateba Station, we put emergency brake because we received an intense shock during run and stop. 8 cart 16 axes (in 1 formation 24 axes) derail among to the fifth car from the top first car. Speed at the time of derailment is 55km/h.

Accident summary We go over original stop position during movement to track called lead-in in between the upbound main line and the downbound main line to turn down at Odoriba Station and collide in forward wall surface after all customers got off in landing which is terminal of the train concerned at 8:35 and damage the body.
