Please be careful about suspicious calls

Please be careful about suspicious calls posing as staff of ward office.
We perform procedure of refund and return of medical expenses , premium by letter.

  • We may not ask about account information (bank names) of financial institution on the telephone.
  • We may not let you operate ATM by procedure.
  • The staff may not visit home.
  • We may not let you contact toll free number and cell-phone.

We get personal information under the pretense of return of premium and refund of medical expenses on the telephone, and, posing as the staff of ward office and city hall, fraud that is going to let you let you operate ATM of convenience store and financial institution and do transfer occurs.

Example of suspicious call

  • "We notified of return of medical expenses (premium), but called as there was not communication"
  • "We want you to go through the procedure in ATM hastily as time limit of return is until today"
  • "We let you contact from bank if he/she tells supporting store's name and account number"
  • "We want you to contact toll free number (number to begin with 0120) or cell-phone" (number to begin with 090, 080)

When you receive suspicious call, you hang up once, and please connect with police department or ward office.

About the congestion situation of window

Window is crowded very much at the following time.

  • Every month 1st
  • Open agency day after month, Friday and the holiday
  • Time (the mid-March and mid-April) with much address transfer
  • Time (the mid-June and early July) when news of premium arrives

Second Saturday, fourth Saturday are open agency days every month.
Open agency time is until noon from 9:00 a.m.
