We perform culture work display in the first-floor inhabitant of a ward hall which people from next agency can observe freely, daytime concert by sponsorship of Izumi Ward culture promotion committee. In from February to March, we invite public participation for person that participation in inhabitant of a ward hall event is hoped for with open call for participants of citizen of Izumi Ward school festival participant every year.
