Suggestion, request to country

In Yokohama-shi, the mayor performs suggestion, request about system and the budget for country for ministers concerned for compilation of the budget of degree in every year in country. Suggestion that stood in viewpoint only in Yokohama-shi having both "the spot" of the basics local government and "collective strength" of big city requests to be able to push forward measure necessary for improvement of civic life and sustained growth, development of Yokohama steadily in cooperation with country.
