SIB experimental project which we introduced private fund into for the first time in Yokohama-shi starts

　In Yokohama-shi, we push forward examination for introduction of social impact bond (SIB) which is new citizen cooperation technique.
We concluded Kids Public (president: Naoya Hashimoto), EY Shinnihon limited liability auditor (director: Masami Katakura), Bank of Yokohama, Ltd. (representative director president: Yasushi Oya enthusiast), the community management, society strategy research institute (president: Ichiro Tsukamoto) and the national university corporation University of Tokyo (the president: Makoto Gonokami) and agreement to carry out SIB experimental project which we introduced private fund which we came to try for the first time into in Yokohama-shi.
　In this experimental project, we provide service (Obstetrics and gynaecology online, Pediatrics online) that we can talk about with doctor that online make a specialty of casually during four months in after giving birth when anxiety in particular is easy to become strong from the pregnancy period and inspect risk reduction effect of depression in after giving birth of mother by use of service.
