Summary of recognition system of the building energy saving method
"Law about energy consumption performance gain of building" is promulgated on July 8, 2015 and is enforced about inductive measures such as floor area ratio exception or indication system in April, 2016.
Two following recognition systems were founded to plan energy consumption performance gain of building taking consumptions of energy in building increasing with change of social economic situation remarkably into consideration by this law.

(1) Authorization (floor area ratio exception) of energy saving performance improvement plan
(2) Energy saving standard conformity authorization (indication system)
- Owner of building can receive authorization by jurisdiction administrative agency of building adapting to energy saving standard by application.
- About building which caught authorization, advertisement about the use, we can make indication (standard conformity authorized mark) of having received authorization.
