Process of the system foundation and purpose

Heavy damage occurs by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in condominium (particularly thing of piloti format), and it becomes big problem that later rebuilding, repair do not advance.

Therefore we thought that it was important to push forward earthquake-resistant diagnosis of apartment in pushing forward town planning that resisted disaster and pushed forward investigation, examination until now.
And we founded supporting system of this diagnosis (diagnostic work-up) by preliminary diagnosis (simple diagnosis) from April, 1999 from September, 1998.

Piloti format

Like figure of piloti format, we are comprised only of pillar and call building which had floor without wall with piloti format. In the case of most of piloti formats, we use this part as parking lot and bicycle parking lots.


Target building (we shall meet all the next conditions.)

Building
In condominium where Partitionary Property Act is applied to, we correspond to any of the following (changed from April 1, 2014.)

  • Apartment where division owner lives in more than half of the number of the dwelling units
  • Apartment where number of floors has 1,000m2 or more in 3 or more and total floor area

※ In the case of this diagnosis, we remove part which country, local public entity, local housing corporation, incorporated administrative agency own

We got building certification before the end of May, 1981 and started construction
